A Little Negotiation Hurdle But In The End Made it Happen
Just to be honest and get it out of the way, the Scowdens are very dear friends and have been for many years. It was no-brainer to go to her when it was time for us to move out of state and sell our house. I believe we were one of her first clients, but we had no reservations about letting her handle it. The listing was extremely well done: nice copy, nice pics -very thorough - and we had walkthroughs almost immediately. I went ahead and gave her 5 stars (because she deserves 5 in all categories) but we did run into a little negotiation hurdle when she also became the buyer agent to the couple who eventually bought the home. Once this took place we felt like she became more of the buyers agent than our own. Again, she hadn't been in the game long and negotiation is a tough gig. In the end it all worked out for both parties because Kim made it happen. This is why we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
