Stellar Review

When we decided to relocate to Bolivar to be closer to our kids and grandkids, we asked our son to set up an appointment for us with Stellar who had helped him sell his home and buy a new one in town. While his agent, Steph, was going to be out of town during out visit she said their newest agent could show us around. Megan Seaney, may have been new to real estate, but she was not new to us. She grew up in our neighborhood in suburban Kansas City, and she had known our son since they were in second grade!

While knowing her since she was a kid, made working with the new realtor fine with us, she turned out to be much better than we could have hoped. We gave her an idea of what we thought we wanted.
She then showed us three houses, and from listening to our comments on each, I believe she came to know what we really were looking for better than we did. After seeing more possibilities, we ultimately made an offer on the house we ended up purchasing. Since we had lived in the same house for over 30 years, we relied on our realtor to help us through the process to closing. Megan was there every step of the way to negotiate with the seller’s agent on various issues, as well as just answer our many questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she found it.
